Director of a global legal services business. We work with businesses around the world and are on a mission to make quality legal services faster, simpler and more affordable for small business owners and entrepreneurs everywhere.

What challenge were you trying to address with Lever Digital?

We had a really low ROAS and an account that wasn’t performing after doing well in other markets. We were going to cut Google Ads, which was annoying because, in a new market, it’s key to growth. We wanted Lever Digital to take over the account and get it performing at a positive return.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Lever Digital provides Google Ads management, support from our WordPress site to AI native to ensure no ads downtime, ChatGPT ads setup, Bing ads, socials, new campaigns, and bid strategies etc..

What is the team composition?

We have 1 key contact, but sometimes support is provided from another member of the team. 99.95% of the time it's one person we deal with only (which is what we want).

They were referred to me. I chose them over other options because they had high ratings, were a great culture fit, and aligned company values. They were also very tech forward in their pitch which was really important to us. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in March 2026, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We set a ROAS target of being positive, and our ideal was 2. Lever Digital has smashed that out of the park within just 2–3 months, and we’re now tracking towards a 3x ROAS.

How did Lever Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re always on time, responsive, and never late. They always work quickly and are very tech-forward. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and Slack.

Lever Digital’s tech savviness is impressive. They’re AI native, very switched on, get things done quickly, and have knowledge and discipline.

There’s nothing they need to improve. They are the perfect ad agency and I've referred countless businesses to them as a result.

They manage all our paid media channels and ensure we stay on budget and maximize performance on a weekly and monthly basis. Reporting and daily channel optimizations were key deliverables for us. They also helped with landing page creation, website management, analytics and tracking setups.

We increased our lead volume and increased our conversion rates on our paid leads. This was a combination of channel optimizations and website CRO work withlanding pages and lead form flows.
