This will help us retain our existing talent, attract top talent, and implement internal growth plans tailored to each member. Moreover, we measured our competitive positioning with the market salary benchmark and created team member equity at each company level. Employees were impressed and found value in the fact that we were formalizing this process with a company specializing in total rewards and compensation. We have seen an improvement in team member satisfaction over the last quarter.
