I’m the founder of a very important company in Central America, a company that designs and builds scalable digital products by combining strategy, design, and emerging technologies such as AI and blockchain to solve real-world problems.

We’ve defined everything using clear milestones and deliverables for each one. For example, we’ve defined specific functionalities per module, such as the “music component,” which includes music selection, a custom-style music player, and background playback. We’ve measured their success through user testing and internal QA.

We successfully released the app to the App store, went over multiple QA stage and got all the bugs fixed immediately.
