We were able to arrive at a clean, usable design that brings out the case stories clearly, with improved layout flow and readability across the booklet. While it took a few rounds to get there, the final output reflects a better alignment with the narrative we wanted to convey and gives us a workable base to build on for future projects.

The project resulted in a stronger and more consistent brand identity across the organization, along with more engaging visual communication for internal and external stakeholders. The Brand Playbook established standardized branding guidelines across 22 business units, ensuring consistency in communication and visual representation. Creative and video assets developed for campaigns, events, and digital platforms significantly enhanced engagement in internal communications and improved the quality of corporate storytelling. Overall, the collaboration enabled more structured, visually compelling, and scalable communication across the organization.

Sometimes the design principles and agile development principles are in conflict, and as designers they incline towards the former. But from a product development perspective, they should have a more balanced approach. Also, with the advent of GenAI tech and LLMs the paradigm of design and UX is evolving very fast. So as a design team I would do more to augment my capabilities, approach to product design and ride this technology paradigm.

Definitely the outcome is very good. Our digital presence has improved drastically. There is a slow but sure conversion of our customers as well. The demonstrable numbers of our company's benefits cannot be shared on a platform like this.

Good workflow. Since for most of our communication was with Senior Management, it was very comfortable to deal, with almost no red tape and instant response.
