I am MD this company. PiscesER1Marine has accelerated to become one of the prominent companies in Marine Vessel IT. We are a team determined to work and serve for the betterment of neglected aspects of ship operations i.e. Vessel IT. We operate in every field of Vessel Operations which includes IT hardware solutions, IT fleet consultancy, Data building and management and much more. With our expertise in on board and on shore solutions, we provide excellence to our clients and partners.

We had launched our web experience at the very outset of our company formation. At that time, we had not given much thought to user experience and design. So we started looking for professional help on this. That is when we hired Lemon Yellow

They came highly recommended by pioneers in digital marketing and strategy. We review the work they had already done. We had meetings with them and felt that the team was very well versed in their field. Thus began a shared journey in revamping our website. The goal was to make it a comfortable experience for our customers, both existing and prospective.

Armed with their expertise in user experience, design and creative concepts, Lemon Yellow understood our business needs and presented a framework. They helped us express the value proposition of our business admirably. In addition, they continue to support us in monitoring and tracking the performance of our website. It is no longer just the website but our presence in the social media platforms

There were many people who worked for us, designers, software engineers, marketing experts. The best part was that our Single Point of Contact was Director - Creative Strategy. This is very comforting to deal with a person who promptly takes decisions and guides us as well.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Definitely the outcome is very good. Our digital presence has improved drastically. There is a slow but sure conversion of our customers as well. The demonstrable numbers of our company's benefits cannot be shared on a platform like this.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Good workflow. Since for most of our communication was with Senior Management, it was very comfortable to deal, with almost no red tape and instant response.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The zest to learn about our Industry before understanding about our Company. They have a team of very talented and motivated people. They also have great ideas and flexibility.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

So far cannot think of anything. Most of the concerns are conveyed to them and they resolve promptly.
