It's a large project which is open source and provides a web frontend that allows the end users to configure their company and all the repating and ongoing tasks and see what the status is for each of those.

The project involve developing scheduling of those requrring tasks. Handling of all the reporting.

Steady delivery of milestones as agreed upon and since we have been able to gain customers based on the delivered milestones, we have continued to add new tasks to the project.

We do not operate with deadlines, since we are more interested in getting the correct functionallity and it is of no benefit to us or our customers to meet some deadline but have a none working product.

The quality has always been as requested.

1) Customer experience has much improved and we have the ability to make further improvements without major rework.

2) Our internal teams have more flexibility in how we can configure our services for customer when our self service options are not the best fit.

3) We can add new products to our provisioning and managment environment much more easily which has reduced the time to release new products by at least 5x

Legiosoft's project management has been excellent at all stages of the project and regardless of the scale of the work being undertaken. Rarely have we need to make any adjustments to the deliverables, timescales or costs in order to achieve our milestones. Communication has always been easy and the Legiosoft team are always open, realistic, flexible and fast to respond.
