## Portfolio & Awards

### A real-time omnichannel rule engine for a Telecom
Client Overview
Multicom is a top-tier telecommunications provider that had a clear goal in mind: to give their customers a smooth and seamless experience when purchasing telecommunication services through different channels.
Challenge
Multicom needed a solution that could consume both TM Forum-compliant and non-compliant product configurations and policy rules, providing a real-time omnichannel rule engine and session management solution that had adequate performance to handle the execution of business rules effectively.
Solution
A centralized session management solution for multiple channels, including CRM, self-care, and POS. The solution offered a guided customer journey through the service purchasing process and was tested in a Tier 1 telecom with a production product catalog configuration and business rules.
Results
This solution helped Multicom reach drastic performance improvement, with a response time of approximately 0.5-2 seconds. The solution also provided order capture presentation rules with both horizontal and vertical scalability, and omnichannel order capture integration.

### Centralized workflow management solution
Client Overview
i-new is the leading supplier of MVNO in-a-box solutions that offers end-to-end BSS/OSS systems for network providers. They needed a workflow management solution as a central process integration system.
Challenge
As businesses race to stay ahead in today's ever-evolving market, process efficiency and cost reduction are crucial factors to consider. One area where many organizations fall short is process integration - the integration of various systems and the associated costs and effort required.
Our goal was to solve processing integration obstacles, such as clear separation between the product and the project, accelerating the integration process, incurring high integration costs, lacking a tool for non-technical personnel to design processes, and not having a cohesive integration framework in place.
Solution
The solution provides a backbone for internal and external process integration, centralizing all versioned process configurations in one place. It was designed to be used by non-development personnel, which allows faster and simpler resource scaling. The solution is also multi-tenant and allows multiple customers to use the same instance. That’s why it’s typically deployed in a private cloud and offered to enterprise users as a service.

Result
The integration effort was reduced to 24 hours per integrated component, including Home Location Register, Billing, Convergent charging and rating engine, Core-IN, Notification gateway, Voicemail management system, Resource management, CRM, and Mobile Number Portability.

Solution architects, Business analysts, and QAs were all able to create processes without support from engineering. The solution also provided a single product line solution for all projects and a centralized system dashboard for process monitoring.

### Protecting users from cyber threats
Client Overview
Cyan is the leading supplier of network-integrated and endpoint security solutions that protect end customers' digital lives. In partnership with them, we provided a cybersecurity solution for one of the leading telecommunications companies.
Challenge
Our goal was to create a new range of cybersecurity solutions, including web protection against various cyber threats such as phishing, malware, virus downloads, Trojan horses, and illegal downloads. This also entailed integrating the Telecom with an external service provider to ensure a smooth and seamless connection.
Solution
By decomposing the outdated Provisioning system and building a new generation of the old software solution, we were able to enhance business operations, processes, and the quality of the final product. A new solution that includes customer and notification management, reporting, customer authorization and authentication, was implemented to integrate the entire ecosystem, resulting in increased productivity, improved data flow, and increased flexibility of the system.
A crucial part of the project was the integration and core connection, which involved constructing all the necessary components for the user provisioning system and enabling user life-cycle management, integrating it with an existing platform.
Key functionalities: User Role Management, Reporting, Provisioning, Process orchestration, SSO
Result
• Reduced costs in future integrations
• New architectural approach
• Increased customer satisfaction
• A new and stable source of revenue
The Telecom Operator was able to enhance their customers' experiences while they surfed the web, knowing that they were protected by a best-in-class cyber protection solution. This solution scans and categorizes 10.000.000+ suspicious domains daily, protects children from inappropriate content, and safeguards critical data.
