I’m the head of operations at Shiplab. We provide a vendor-neutral data platform that automatically collects and delivers carrier billing data via API, enabling brands, third-party logistics (3PLs), and logistics platforms to access accurate carrier cost data for billing, audit, and analytics.

We hired LeadWise to manage our content and outbound marketing operations.

LeadWise has been tasked with developing our content plan and filling our pipeline via outbound email and LinkedIn page management. They also handle special projects such as trade show lead generation. LeadWise has delivered content, content calendars, and lead lists with metrics on lead responses, follow-ups, and meetings booked.

We work with 2–5 teammates from LeadWise.

How did you come to work with LeadWise?

We found them through a referral. We chose them over other options because their pricing fit our budget, they were a great culture fit, they offered good value for the cost, and their company values aligned with ours.

We’ve spent an undisclosed amount.

We started working with them in November 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Leads have begun flowing in, and the LeadWise team has been able to engage leads we’ve targeted for months without success.

LeadWise’s project management has been excellent. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re most impressed with the thoroughness with which they approach potential customers. When a contact or company was identified as a high-potential fit, they developed specific strategies around that lead resulting in meetings we never could have achieved without LeadWise’s partnership.

The campaign generated 13 qualified meetings and maintained a strong 25% reply rate. This initiative significantly contributed to filling Sonerim’s sales pipeline with high-quality, relevant leads, positioning the company for further growth and client engagement.
