I needed help selling bedbug control services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They created a marketing plan for what I needed. The team tested a lot of different variables to help me get seen and heard. They mostly did online advertising and created my website. Additionally, they gave me options on their end that would help me stand out.

I worked with two people from their team.

How did you come to work with Leads and Designs?

I was looking for a new marketing partner and I tried about 10 different companies before I got to Leads and Designs. I emailed them a budget and asked if they could make it work, and they said they could work with it.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent $30,000 CAD (approximately $23,000 USD)

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in November 2017, and our work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Once they got going, within a year, they doubled my revenue and then tripled it. I haven’t look at another company since. The service, rates, and results are all great.

How did Leads and Designs perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been great. There have been a few tight deadlines I asked them to meet and they always got it done within my budget.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their attention to detail and customer interactions really stand out. With other companies, I would deal with different people all the time but with Leads and Designs I mostly deal with the same contact and he’s awesome.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, everything is great.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to call them even if you don’t know what you’re doing. They’re very helpful and accommodating.

I’m a lawyer in Toronto. I’m a corporate lawyer and I practice business law and some litigation. I work from a small office on my own and my clients are generally small or mid-size.

What challenge were you trying to address with Leads and Design?

I was doing pretty well with SEO and online advertising, but wanted to do even better and take some of the work out of my own hands. I was pretty confident in what I created, but I hired Leads and Design.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They started off by running my Google Ads, which I had in place before but didn’t have any practice with it, so he rebuilt the strategy. Since then, he’s redone my whole website, writes content for me, handles all the SEO, and basically manages all of my internet marketing needs.

I just work with Jamie (Owner & Founder).

How did you come to work with Leads and Design?

About eight years ago, I believe I was referred to them. They came on to help us and were more affordable than the competition.

What is the status of this engagement?

The engagement began around 2012 and is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They’ve helped get my business on the first page and have done such a good job for me. I recommend them to everyone I work with.

Their internet marketing service is pretty much my entire source of new clients. If someone is coming to me, it’s through some form of SEO or paid ads. I’ve seen a huge increase in clients since I started working with them. 

How did Leads and Design perform from a project management standpoint?

He’s great at meeting deadlines. Everything I ask for is done and he’s on the ball in terms of finding out about new developments in the industry and what I need to keep abreast of. He’s responsive if I need to get a hold of him and is very knowledgeable.

Their success in getting new business through my door stands out.

Nothing comes to mind, I’m pretty happy.

I’m the president of Tops Roofing. We do commercial roofing, residential roofing, window and door replacements, as well as general construction.

What challenge were you trying to address with Leads and Designs?

I brought them on for their digital marketing services vis-à-vis Google in conjunction with my website. When I looked at analytics, I knew there were problems with it. However, I’m not an expert in that field so I couldn’t place my finger on exactly what the problems were. I’ve hired several companies in the past to address this issue, but I just wasn’t seeing results. I finally came across Leads and Designs.

What was the scope of their involvement?

My website was almost 20 years old and Leads and Designs basically rewrote and designed the whole thing. After conducting the analytics, they found out what the issues were with the website. From there, they provided solutions and promoted my Google business page. Leads and Designs provides direction and writes various articles that are pertinent to my industry and will promote me in Google rankings.

I only work with Jamie (Owner). He has his team of professionals who work behind him.

How did you come to work with Leads and Designs?

I was searching for a new SEO company and liked that they were local. I got in touch with Jamie, and we had a lively discussion. He really impressed me so I thought I’d give it a shot.

We’ve spent a bit over $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing engagement started in August 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The experience with Leads and Designs has been absolutely fantastic. I’m already noticing a substantial increase in business, even though Jamie told me it’d take several months. My expectations for the future are great.

The volume of calls directed to the office through Google My Business and other social media have increased greatly. I attribute it all to the work they’ve done so far. Jamie is competent and hands-on; it’s clear he knows his stuff. Overall, he’s a great communicator.

How did Leads and Designs perform from a project management standpoint?

The level of communication is unbelievable. It felt like jumping through hoops to speak to individuals at other companies. Jamie and I speak on average 3–4 times a week. I can reach somebody at any time of the day. My questions, queries, and concerns are always addressed immediately. There’s a great level of professionalism.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their customer service and support are the most impressive. They’re always there for me.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I can’t think of one thing.

They’re not cheap, but you get what you pay for.
