We hired LeadJoint to help with lead generation for Quadral, a creative studio that works with gaming companies to build trailers and ads for mobile and PC games. We chose LeadJoint since we found the agency to be highly affordable and also based on their past experience. 

We have had a positive experience with them so far. In the three months that we have worked together, LeadJoint has helped us set up conversations with over 10 gaming studios. We are happy with our experience with LeadJoint's cold email outreach service.

LeadJoint’s work has resulted in more leads for us. We’ve seen this increase in leads within a month of starting the project.

I’m the co-founder and CTO of Scubafy, a software company. We have an all-in-one web platform that streamlines dive shop operations, offering tools for inventory, trip planning, payroll, maintenance, and financial reporting with real-time syncing and role-based access.

What challenge were you trying to address with LeadJoint?

We needed help finding clients, which is especially hard in my industry since it’s a niche B2B business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

LeadJoint has been managing email marketing campaigns to a large amount of leads and continuously following up until we manage to secure a client. The team has also forwarded all the emails that have gotten responses to me so I stay in the loop.

We don’t know how many teammates from LeadJoint are assigned to our project.

We found them through a referral. We chose them over other options because they offered good value for the cost, and their company values aligned with ours.

We started working with them in November 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Thanks to LeadJoint’s work, we’ve managed to get at least 10 clients to use our software and perhaps five meetings with them. The 10 clients include the currently active and inactive subscriptions to our platform.

How did LeadJoint perform from a project management standpoint?

LeadJoint’s project management has been as expected. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We're impressed that they've managed to get us clients from such a niche industry.

Are there any areas they could improve?

LeadJoint could provide a visualization or charts of who has responded and metrics of closed clients. Since all the emails are forwarded to me, it’s hard to keep up and keep track of things.
