Transformation project moving the website from one provider to another and utilising a new domain. LeClaires enabled the new site to be fully optimised and improved the customer journey making it seamless for the end user. They refreshed the whole look and feel of the customer's experience, and also set up email marketing and automations that feed into the new site and overall performance.
LeClaires also created an entire brand guidelines pack; which goes into detail to create consistency across platforms.

• +60% increase in conversion rate: Thanks to the improved user experience, optimised checkout process, and mobile-first design, Harris of London saw a 60% conversion boost.
• +27% increase in Average Order Value (AOV): Upsell and cross-sell strategies, combined with tailored email flows, led to a significant 27% rise in AOV.

I love the friendly approach and family feel to working with LeClaires. I was consistently impressed by their knowledge and expertise, but it never came across as patronizing, and they were patient in sharing their skills with me. They have always been on hand when I need them, and I have been able to lean on them a lot throughout this process. 
I know that I'll continue to work with them in the future. They don't make you feel like anything is too much or out of the scope of initial agreements, and this kind of flexibility is invaluable to a start-up business.
