During the system implementation, the processes of placing goods in the warehouse, picking items, and shipping were automated. Data exchange integration with 1C was implemented. Additionally, integration of the WMS system with handheld data terminals (HDTs) was developed. A CRM system was also implemented, and sales were automated.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The CRM system helped systematize all emerging tasks, receive leads from clients, and direct all inquiries from social networks to the sales department. The WMS system facilitated the reception and storage of goods in the warehouse, making the warehouse more organized. It also made it much easier to track inventory, conduct stocktaking, and minimized discrepancies in stock levels.

The managers were very responsive to all our requests, they always gave us time, if we had any questions they explained to us how to solve them, as well as they came to us when we requested this.
