FATPOL TOOLS is one of the largest and most specialized manufacturers in Poland of technological equipment for CNC machine tools and automatic single and multi-spindle machines. For many years we are among the leading producers of this type in Europe. We have been present on the domestic and foreign market since 1973. 

My name is Łukasz Banasik and in FATPOL TOOLS I’m responsible with the area of digital marketing and brand promotion, as well as IT projects coordination.

Lavora Digital proposed and implemented improvements to the online store design and functionality, as well as successfully developed and implemented the product search engine concept.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

With the e-commerce search engine solution provided by Lavora, according to our internal research, the user experience of using our online store has significantly improved. 

How did the vendor perform from a project management standpoint?

The communication with the team was great. They did a great job at establishing a good relationship during the engagement. We had always direct contact with the project manager, which was very responsive and was able to adjust the project timeline, when needed. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were impressed by their responsiveness, communication skills, attention to detail, and understanding of our needs. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

All areas of cooperation were at a very satisfactory level.

My name is Michał Ziółko and I am a real estate broker. From an early age I've been involved in commerce and entrepreneurship. I started my activity in the real estate industry in 2013,  creating a Katowice branch of one of the largest network real estate agencies in Poland. The huge number of transactions carried out over the past years has allowed me to gain practical knowledge in various areas of the real estate market. Currently I’m an author and coordinator of many investment projects in the Silesian agglomeration.

Design and implementation of a webpage for one of our investments located in the Silesian agglomeration. Apart from the information layer, the website was of key importance in the sales and marketing context of the entire project.

Lavora Digital Agency built a modern and visually appealing information website. The contractor involvement was end-to-end - from initial design to implementation and creation of the graphic layer.

What is the status of this engagement? 

After the implementation of the project, we are currently engaged in to technical maintenance services of the webpage. We also plan to start another joint project in the near future.

Numerous leads acquired through website contact form. The structure and hygiene of the site allowed for information saturation about the investment among potential clients, hence follow up calls were only focused on specific pre-sales areas.

Communication with the vendor was at a very satisfactory level. From the very moment I made contact through the advertising platform, I was impressed with their commitment and proactively suggesting out-of-the-box solutions to the project structure.

The team's professionalism and individual approach were outstanding.

Are there any areas they could improve? 

I don't recall any areas of collaboration that needed improvement on the part of the contractor.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The number of page views has increased our headlines are getting more attention. Their entire team is extremely helpful and very efficient. They never sacrifice quality for speed, which is very important to us. We are very happy with the skills of their copywriters and the advertising campaign results they have achieved for us. 

How did the vendor perform from a project management standpoint?

Depending on current needs, however, as a rule, we hold meetings with team members once a week to discuss priorities and key tasks for the following week, as well as take time to discuss the latest performance reports. We are also assigned a central project manager who we always have access to in case of urgent needs. We work mainly with email and slack. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Competency, good responsiveness, hands-on approach and strong project commitment. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

After more than a year of cooperation I can admit with a clear conscience that the areas for improvement are almost non-existent and certainly overshadowed by the good work they do on a daily basis.

3line.pl is a project created in October 2004 by a group of people who saw the need for a new,  broader view of the advertising market. People working in the company are recruited from the  best in the business with many years of experience. 3line’s mission is to define a new standard  in the field of advertising market. Our plans are primarily to raise standards of service,  

introduce new products, expand the range and scope of services offered.  

As a Co-owner and the President of 3line.pl Sp. z o.o., I’m responsible for creating and  implementing the company's strategy, preparing and participating in investment decisions. I  also deal with operational management and coordination of work of all departments in the  company. I’m also responsible for negotiations with customers and suppliers. As part of the  project carried out with Lavora Digital Agency, I had the opportunity to work directly with the  Lavora team as the first point of contact from 3line’s side.

Automate ordering process, especially for large corporate business customers.

What was the scope of their involvement?  

Lavora Digital Agency designed internal e-commerce platforms that were personalized  functionally and graphically (in terms of visual brand identity) for individual corporate clients.  This enabled the digitization and transfer of the time-consuming email and phone order process  to a reliable online channel.  

What is the team composition?  

The team consisted of a project leader responsible for the communication stream and feedback  sessions, as well as 2 additional web developers. 

How did you come to work with the vendor?  

Referral from a company from the advertising industry.  

How much have you invested with them? 

Currently, we are after 2 e-commerce projects in cooperation with Lavora Digital Agency. We  are currently working with a vendor to build a comprehensive CRM system for 3line.pl. The  total engagement is currently at the level of $15,000

We started working together in January 2022, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? Thanks to the e-commerce solution provided by Lavora, purchasing departments of the largest  Polish corporations optimized their internal processes of ordering gadgets and advertising  articles by having access to a 3line’s functional platform, which resulted in a definite savings in  terms of time and organizational resources.  

How did the vendor perform from a project management standpoint? 

Lavora Digital Agency applied the best market practices in project management area.  Noteworthy is, above all, the high responsiveness of team members and their availability  throughout the duration of the contract. On e-commerce projects we did weekly review and  management meetings, there were bunch of tracking and release notes regularly provided to  us. 

What did you find most impressive about them?  

I liked their sense of urgency and early delivery of the various modules of the solution. The team  is hardworking, skilled and very motivated.

They could be less modest about their expertise, other than these no comments.
