What was the scope of their involvement?

Launch Titans helped us develop a WordPress website from scratch. They created multiple pages for the site, wrote the copy, and added videos and photos to help users better understand our company and the services we offer. Their team also hosted the site for the first two years.

Launch Titans continues to work with us to implement any necessary changes or updates to our site. They also create landing pages to promote my upcoming book.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Thanks to the new website, I’ve managed to do my first paid keynote presentation. I’ve also received invites to speak at major conferences and host an event.

How did Launch Titans perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve done a good job of meeting deadlines, staying on budget, and being responsive. We communicate with them mainly via Slack; they’re really responsive.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I really like the fact that Launch Titans focuses on action and impact — they continue to adjust until their client gets the results they’re looking for. Their team is also good at creating beautiful websites.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything that Launch Titans could improve on. I’ve been very happy with their services.

Launch Titans reworked my entire website from the ground up and implemented systems in place to help grow my brand through social media, pay per click and email marketing.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We have weekly meetings to make sure we are on task. Sometimes these are brainstorming sessions to figure out what we will be doing next and sometimes they are update sessions where we go over tasks that have been implemented and see if any changes are needed. I can also reach them any time through slack and this has been awesome because it allows me to discuss things outside of a weekly meeting and lets them know where my brain is at.

They have delivered on time in most cases and when there has been an issue they have been quick to take ownership of it and make it right. The business has tripled sales since I started working with them and I see a quick upward trend.

There was a period where it felt like nothing was happening but I stuck with them and the work that they had been doing suddenly started paying off. (I knew it would take time for the tasks to be implemented and for traction to start, but it is a scary process. Launch Titans helped ease my mind every step of the way.)

Launch Titans responds to you at all different hours and with the slack channel, I can leave a message for any specific person on the team and they always respond quickly and intelligently. They really care and it shows.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Launch Titans could have done differently?

With all projects there are things that might not go exactly as planned, but I always communicate with them if that happens and they have always stepped up and fixed what ever my issue may have been.

I'm the founder of Howdysnax, a food manufacturing company. We specialize in manufacturing air-dried beef products such as biltong and droewors. We also own a bakery called Howdybakes, which makes authentic rusks that are double-baked coffee dippers.

We hired Launch Titans to establish our marketing and advertising strategy.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Launch Titans has designed our complete end-to-end ecosystem. The team has built new advertising funnels and drives new customer acquisition. Launch Titans handles all media buying through Meta and Google and has implemented a strong email and SMS strategy to drive LTV. The team has also set up our website and optimized SEO to help us achieve stronger results all around. Launch Titans handles design, development, content, and campaign setup.

We found Launch Titans through a referral. We chose them because they were close to our geographic location, their pricing fit our budget, they were a great culture fit, and they offered good value for the cost.

We started working with Launch Titans in August 2024, and our relationship is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Within the first 12 months, Howdysnax achieved over $1 million in revenue and is still growing. When we started working with Launch Titans, we sold $22,000 a month for five months. Since we launched our ads and funnels in October 2024, we've consistently grown double digits month after month, and now we sell $200,000+ a month.We've also seen improved customer acquisition, stronger repurchase rates, and greater Google rankings. Our repurchase rates have increased from 22% to 56% on a monthly basis. Our AOV has gone from $50 to $89, and our LTV has gone from $100 to $135.

How did Launch Titans perform from a project management standpoint?

It's important to have a strong and motivated internal team member to collaborate with Launch Titans, like with any other agency. Launch Titans is very responsive, technically strong, and can solve a lot of typical e-commerce pitfalls. The team delivers on time. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.
