I am CEO & Founder of an IT firm headquartered in India. We are having more than 15 professionals who are serving the best of our capabilities to all international clients for web and mobile development services.

We received so many requests from various clients who wish to have a website that will increase the client's footfall. This requires an expert in UI/UX who understands the latest trends and designs websites accordingly. We found Latice the best fit for this job.

We have contacted many agencies to find the right partner for all UI/UX needs. Latice was one of them. They presented their work in the best way and had significantly good design experience. Our timezones also work best in interest and we decided to go with Latice for our project.

The project required a complete revamping of website by keeping SEO standard in mind so that we can proceed with marketing too. We required UI, UX, and front end service to shape up website for the customers.

I was in communication with Shivram throughout the project duration. He & his team made sure that I receive updates on time.

With the new look of the website, we are able to receive more inquiries.

We wanted to bring in consistency in the design of our product from scratch, while also making sure the technical aspects of the product are not hampered.

We started with understanding the design requirements of the product, with respect to the demographic targeted, thereby creating multiple prototypes. We then had a look at the functionalities of the product and made sure that the design is complementing the functionality of the product. At the end, we received, the architecture and working model of our product to be developed, as we desired.

The founder himself assisted us in the project, along with his team of graphic and UX designers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The product was bootstrapped, and got amazing response from our clients. Our on-boarding of our clients became smooth, and the project was over very successful.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had great communication throughout the project. We often worked late evenings to reach the scope of the project. The team was available on Skype whenever required, and all the changes provided by us were implemented graciously.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The company took their extra time to help us improve the product's features. They had a keen vision in design which was very implemented. They had good sources to get the overheads done as well.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Since the project was completed on time, we didn't have any complaint.

I’m the director of a printing company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Latice?

We mainly wanted to make our company known for its high quality and needed a vendor to develop a website for us with that in mind.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Latice designed and developed our website and also designed an ERP system for our printing press. They also were of great help in developing packaging for different customers of ours. Customers can now review their designs online and give us approval, which helps us deliver on time and with better quality.

Furthermore, Latice supported us with all the backend information and developed a QA system as well.

There were about four people involved for a period of 15–30 days, including a project manager. They understood our processes and implemented everything.

We started working together in 2017 and everything was set up and running within six months.

Latice was able to improve our performance and the system they built allows us to deliver to clients on time. We used to do everything manually before, so it’s been a considerable upgrade.
