Interprint is a leading printing and packaging unit, They used a conventional system of noting down and tallying records using excel sheets which were then translated to graphs and readable then but anyone who wanted it. The collaborative experience was lacking and so was accountability. All the available systems on the market provided a valid ERP system, but it lacked the basic concept of collaborative and information sharing. The system had been implemented for over year, we A/B tested and arrived at these results.

After Strategy sessions and Market research we rephrased that to "How do we build a tool that motivates sales staff to learn more about the products that their selling, find the right product fit for the customer and adhere to difficult questions by knowledgeable customers?"

ZeoVR is a platform that lets you build immersive multiplayer WebVR experiences. Its built entirely out of javascript and plays well with NPM and with a codebase for building plugins that is open source. The platform was built for Developers and Users alike, for users to have fun in VR with their friends without having to download an app and for web developers to build plugs in to make some extra cash on the side.
The ideal part about Zeo was the ability to run worlds on their own blockchain to build a better sharing economy.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the director of a printing company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Latice?
We mainly wanted to make our company known for its high quality and needed a vendor to develop a website for us with that in mind.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Latice designed and developed our website and also designed an ERP system for our printing press. They also were of great help in developing packaging for different customers of ours. Customers can now review their designs online and give us approval, which helps us deliver on time and with better quality.
Furthermore, Latice supported us with all the backend information and developed a QA system as well.
What is the team composition?
There were about four people involved for a period of 15–30 days, including a project manager. They understood our processes and implemented everything.
How did you come to work with Latice?
We came to know of them through a common customer they had done some work for. We found more got references through Latice’s website and found them to be competent.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent between $50,000–$100,000 on this project.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in 2017 and everything was set up and running within six months.

We started with understanding the design requirements of the product, with respect to the demographic targeted, thereby creating multiple prototypes. We then had a look at the functionalities of the product and made sure that the design is complementing the functionality of the product. At the end, we received, the architecture and working model of our product to be developed, as we desired.

The founder himself assisted us in the project, along with his team of graphic and UX designers.

The product was bootstrapped, and got amazing response from our clients. Our on-boarding of our clients became smooth, and the project was over very successful.

We had great communication throughout the project. We often worked late evenings to reach the scope of the project. The team was available on Skype whenever required, and all the changes provided by us were implemented graciously.
