I ask to Lane Digital to do a Social Media marketing Strategy. The main idea was to promote the buildings room to the right target and have analytics. The main point was to help us to launch the marketing and give us the keys to do it ourselves in the future

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I select this consultant on recommandations of one of their previous clients. they had a similar project in another field.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

The project was divided in three main steps. First we described what we were looking for in terms of business (clients, leads) and also how we were operating our business. Then we try to find the best fit for graphic design, visuals etc. The shooting was done on our side. After that, they built for us a marketing strategy and implemented that for us at the beginning and then explained us the best practices.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

One consultant was there for the Digital marketing and one person in their team to review and help us with the content

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

A nice feed and a community was created on the instragram, we finally linked all the social media and booking platforms together! Nice content nicely shown

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We were working in a rush, so we had them close to everyday. The communication was fast. Except some lack of communication on both side leading to misunderstanding, mainly about technical terms and software issues

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed with the flexibility and the meticulousness of the consultant we worked with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Everything was nicely done deliverable activities, we were expecting maybe more technical explanations about the social media environnement, but i guess we were super outdated about that. At the end we had everything we wanted, a bit tough at the begining

We were developing the company into a bigger one. The problem we had was that at this size, it was not possible to manage all the projects, in particular, all the projects involving the sales that were not often at the office ! We ask them to find a collaborative online solution to fix that

A friend of mine knows the CEO from University and introduce me to her. After a chit chat with them, and according to my friend point of view about their work methods we continue with them ! After the first meeting we had a good feeling with the CEO and the consultant, so we decided to go with them

The project was at the beginning a Digital Audit and have finally been a full Project Management software implementation and formation.

Meeting with the CEO and consultant in order to know each other and define our needs
Calls with the consultant to explain him how we work and what was the major amelioration points
Presentation of the possible solutions ( softwares) we were helped with the pros and cons about each of them
Implementation was done for us, regarding the specifications
Formation of all the people that were gonna be involved in the project and using the software 6- After that, a few hours of consulting each month to take care of the sustainability of the project

The person involved was a single Digital transformation consultant, except for the beginning of the project

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The progress is remarkable, BUT, we cannot demonstrate the difference between before and after because there was nothing before. The outcome is that all projects are followed by our team and we have on overview of everything going on where-ever we are

The team was working on time and on point. But, we didn't had to communicate that much out of the meetings

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The best things about the company, but, related to the consultant I had is that their service is not only related to the project: They provided a lot of insights and ideas for our company that was really meaningful and useful.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think that they can improve the dynamism of the formation, the 2hours length meeting to show us all the functionalities of the software was a bit tough, but we already told them.
