Our website now is a more profesional look and feel. After K&Z Design updated the website from what it was to now, we are getting more impresions, more traffic and more downloads to our application.

They gave an estimate of the time and pricing before starting the work. After signing off on the estimation, their team began work on reviewing the existing website and then provided daily updates. The team would share updates visiaully and in slack daily showing the options, and new design updates. The team would allow for comments and quickly implemented our feedback until project completion. The project got done early and ahead of schedule because of their communications in Slack and experiance in Figma.

The engagement covered the complete UX and UI design of a high-fidelity mobile application that extends an existing B2B SaaS platform. Work began with discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews and analysis of the current product to define core user journeys and the underlying information architecture. These insights were translated into comprehensive wireframes for every primary and secondary screen, including Home, Goals, Meetings, Journey, Actions, Check-Ins, Notifications, Account Management, Settings, Authorisation, Onboarding and Profile. Parallel visual-exploration exercises generated three distinct look-and-feel concepts, supported by curated mood boards and recorded walkthroughs, to aid in selecting the preferred direction.

Once the visual language was chosen, the team constructed a robust design system encompassing colour palette, typography scale, iconography, spacing tokens and a reusable component library. This system was applied to transform the wireframes into polished, high-fidelity screen designs that align interactions, layouts and accessibility standards across the entire product. All key flows—goal creation and tracking, meeting scheduling and summaries, step-by-step check-ins, journey visualisation, action management, notifications and account controls—were designed in detail, complete with empty-state treatments, micro-interaction specs and animation references.

Throughout the process, stakeholders reviewed progress via Loom videos, annotated Figma links and dedicated workshops, enabling iterative refinement and rapid resolution of feedback. The final deliverables comprise the fully organised developer-ready Figma file; the complete design system with documented guidelines; pixel-perfect screen designs for every feature module; store-front marketing assets; and a clickable prototype that demonstrates navigation, transitions and end-to-end user flows. Together, these assets equip engineering teams to implement the mobile app confidently while ensuring a cohesive, scalable and user-centred experience.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project delivered a complete, developer-ready Figma file containing all necessary high-fidelity screens that cover every primary and secondary flow of the mobile app, giving engineering a one-stop source for build. A consolidated design system with reusable components and additional elements was created, enabling future feature teams to design new screens faster and ensuring visual consistency.

Click-through final prototypes were also set up, which could be used for future usability testing. Finally, the organised asset hand-off allowed the development team to begin implementation right after project close, providing a clear indicator of project efficiency and readiness for execution. We were very satisfied.

Project management was exemplary: the team remained super-responsive on Slack, answering questions or clarifying feedback within minutes and proactively flagging any decision points. Deliverables consistently arrived on or ahead of schedule, supported by concise daily progress notes and a clear weekly tracker that mapped tasks, owners and next steps. Communication struck the right balance—frequent enough to keep us fully informed, yet never interrupting execution time—so we always knew where the work stood and could focus on our own responsibilities without chasing status updates. The team was also excellent at receiving and implementing feedback and was highly receptive to new ideas and questions.

Full Figma design of UI/UX of the web application. This included the main screens of the platform, the assets, messages, and workflow for the users in a full mapped out and detailed view for a seamless handoff to a developer.
