All key flows—goal creation and tracking, meeting scheduling and summaries, step-by-step check-ins, journey visualisation, action management, notifications and account controls—were designed in detail, complete with empty-state treatments, micro-interaction specs and animation references.Throughout the process, stakeholders reviewed progress via Loom videos, annotated Figma links and dedicated workshops, enabling iterative refinement and rapid resolution of feedback. The final deliverables comprise the fully organised developer-ready Figma file; the complete design system with documented guidelines; pixel-perfect screen designs for every feature module; store-front marketing assets; and a clickable prototype that demonstrates navigation, transitions and end-to-end user flows. Together, these assets equip engineering teams to implement the mobile app confidently while ensuring a cohesive, scalable and user-centred experience.
