I'm the Marketing Manager of a growing start-up based in London, working on all the marketing aspects of the business based on the company objectives.

Initially alone and junior to manage the marketing of the company, we needed some help to build our marketing infrastructure, demand generation, and content strategy.

After several meetings with all of our team, the Kurve team has worked on several projects such as building our current marketing stack (SalesForce, Google Analytics, GA Connector, Leadformly, Google Tag Manager, Autopilot, Intercom) - deploy different experiments in order to acquire more MQLs.

They worked on writing multiple pieces of content. (blog posts, video testimonials, case studies). And they finally worked on the website content.

What was the team composition?

Oren such as the manager Jonno was working on the content and the Autopilot infrastructure. Philippos for the website design

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Really amazing to work with the Kurve team. Really good communication between us, they take others as their equals and estimate everyone they work with.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

What's the most impressive about the Kurve team is that they really put all their energy in order to fix issues that we've got. As well as being able to adapt to a new environment within days.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Maybe focusing more on a specific area and priorities before conducting many projects at the same time.

From a strategical they then dived into tactical - They developed a multi-channel advertising plan. They worked with us o creative concepts and implementations of the campaigns.

I've worked closely with Oren, Micheal and the Kurve team and they were open and innovative partners.

A dramatic increase in MQL lead velocity.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was easy to communicate. We connected over the phone/Slack/IM regularly, with Micheal working from Peakon office on a weekly basis.
