Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The first thing that we did was to define the buyer persona based on their ICP and desired customer list. We launched paid campaigns on LinkedIn, leveraging a full-funnel approach encompassing Top-of-Funnel (TOFU), Middle-of-Funnel (MOFU), and Bottom-of-Funnel (BOFU) strategies. In the TOFU layer, we initiated awareness campaigns to introduce onesome’s value proposition to a wider LinkedIn audience, raising brand visibility through gated content. 
We developed and implemented 6 nurturing flows within the Mailchimp/HubSpot platforms. Workflows were designed to engage and nurture leads through various stages of the customer journey. Then, we took a strategic approach to tracking leads and data consolidation. We implemented advanced tracking mechanisms to simplify onesome’s data collection processes. 
We unified essential tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and HubSpot tracking, creating a complete data ecosystem.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

At first, the goal was to generate 50 qualified leads per month within our marketing budget. But we not only met but exceeded our revised goal by consistently generating more than 100 high-quality leads per month and dividing by 2 the target CPL.

The collaboration was very flexible and reliable. We met regularly in weekly meetings to review the distribution of tasks and to keep to the timeline.
The coordination was very professional and the results were more than satisfactory for us.

That Kunoichi, and Sophie in particular, responded very individually to our needs in order to fulfill our goals in the best possible way. It didn't feel laike our project was being forced into an existing process, but that we were looking for the best solution depending on our requirements.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Kunoichi Growth S.L. could have done differently?

I think customer requirements are very individual and there may be companies or projects that require different approaches. however, it was very satisfactory for our collaboration.
