What challenge were you trying to address with Kulturo?

After a poor experience with another recruiting firm, we needed a full-stack developer for a key client. In fact, we ended up hiring two—both to meet future demand and because finding talent that truly matched our requirements was so difficult.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The number of pre-selected candidates and the approval rate with an 8+/10 score by the CTO showed progress or success. The quality of hiring was better. Improving the quality of our hires had a direct impact on both team performance and project outcomes:

• Faster onboarding – the new developers ramped up quickly because they already matched our tech stack and way of working.
• Fewer bottlenecks – with strong engineers in place, we reduced delivery delays and distributed work more efficiently.

How did Kulturo perform from a project management standpoint?

Kulturo’s project management was spot-on: organized, responsive, and always on time. They set clear expectations from day one, kept everything centralized in Notion, and adapted quickly to our feedback or shifting priorities. Every milestone was met without delays, and communication was proactive throughout. It felt more like working with an internal team than with an external provider. We primarily communicated with Damian and Pol.
