The number of pre-selected candidates and the approval rate with an 8+/10 score by the CTO showed progress or success. The quality of hiring was better. Improving the quality of our hires had a direct impact on both team performance and project outcomes:

• Faster onboarding – the new developers ramped up quickly because they already matched our tech stack and way of working.
• Fewer bottlenecks – with strong engineers in place, we reduced delivery delays and distributed work more efficiently.
