The team's auditing work is really helpful. They share the latest news and changes coming from the UAE Federal Tax Authority. Moreover, Kudos PRS Chartered Accountants has also given us assistance with everything that we need and working with them has saved us time.

They set up appointments with us two weeks in advance and we go over all issues at those times. Generally, we communicate with Kudos PRS Chartered Accountants through email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.

Before finding the team, we used to partner with other accounting firms. However, when we started collaborating with them, we find them to be much more professional in terms of their approach and services. Kudos have been providing services for us since we began our organization. They take care of our auditing and statutory liabilities.

We have an audit every six months. They send their people over to go through our financial records and prepare all the reports for us such as profit and loss, balance sheets, and VAT filing which is all done by them.

Two people come to do the audit, and one person comes for the VAT every three months.

I believe we found them through word of mouth, and we had a warm meeting. They were a good fit for us.

Kudos PRS provides a range of services. They analyze, manage, and give proper instruction for our VAT submission to the FTA, and they’re also handling the auditing of our two companies. 

Further, they help us with problem-solving. If there are any queries, they contact the FTA and get the proper information. Then, Kudos PRS gives guidelines on how to manage it.

There are between one and four people. During auditing, there are four people.

We approached a few companies, but we weren’t getting the proper result. We found Kudos PRS, and liked that they had personal auditors. I felt comfortable with them, so we decided to partner together.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

The firm is reputed and reliable in the Middle East region. The firm also carries a immense expertise in auditing of consolidated accounts, VAT consultation and also other areas of finance.

We had various meetings with the Senior partners and the audit team in charge of the assignment. They did a thorough review of the documentation and processes. After the review, the accounts were audited in a professional manner. The VAT team is very approachable and prompt in providing solutions to various queries. The filings are accurate and timely.

The charges and fees are very reasonable and competitive.

There are four people from the firm who are involved in our assignment at various degrees; 2 Partners and 2 managers.

We were privileged to have intellectual inputs from the Audit team which helped us improve and strengthen our internal controls. The VAT team has always supported us with prompt and expert advice for all our commercial transactions.

Communication with the team at Kudos is very smooth via emails or telephone calls. Periodic meetings and visits are conducted by the Kudos team to complete the assignments.

The service experience can improve a lot if summary are provided at the end of the assignments. It would be very helpful.
