While Kualitatem’s performance was largely outstanding, one area for improvement could be enhancing their initial project onboarding process. A more streamlined and detailed kickoff could have potentially minimized some early-stage clarifications and adjustments. Additionally, increasing the frequency of interim progress reports might have provided more transparency during critical phases, though their overall communication was strong.

During every sprint, Kualitatem will test for errors and look for edge cases with new features that could introduce more problems. They would give us tickets in Azure Devops andthe development team will work on the issues and have Kualitatem double check that all is fine before production pushes.

Seeing our clients work with new platform versions that were better than the prior.

They respond very routinely and help keep the development team on their toes. They were able to look into test cases that we didn't think of that definitely pointed out vulnerabilities and/or issues. They always delivered on time.

For a Web Application, we developed it in Python and needed application testing services from a company. We chose Kualitatem and below are the Key Deliverables: Test strategy. The application was completely tested and all the functionality was passed by different phases of testing. Kulaitatem gave the heads up for the Production Deployment.

This company is purely a QA Testing company that focuses on each and every part of the application by such an eye which a common company cannot do.

I’m the president and CEO of Newbury Consulting, a system implementer with a particular interest in the staffing industry.

What challenge were you trying to address with Kualitatem Inc.?

We engaged them to automate our complete end-to-end test plan we have for one of the solutions we implement for a client. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Kualitatem used open-source software to automate the testing of scripts. The team developed on their platform and put it onto one of our desktops. We plan to move the solution in the cloud, so it’s more easily applied to multiple customers.

What is the team composition?

We worked with about four of five people. There was a sales manager who initiated the process and developed our proposal. We also worked with a delivery manager who was absolutely outstanding, as well as a couple more detailed technicians that have been doing the work.

How did you come to work with Kualitatem Inc.?

They sent me a marketing email which caught my eye. I replied, and from there, we started our collaboration.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent a little less than $20,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in March 2020. The first phase we completed in July 2020, and we plan to move forward to the next phase.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We measured their work against our specific test plan, which was a list of about 36 test scripts. Together, we carefully tracked the development, testing, and sign-off of each of those scenarios. Our experience with Kualitatem was excellent.

How did Kualitatem Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

They performed very well, I was quite pleased. We had one single point of contact, and if I had any concerns, I could email her. She was always very responsive getting back to me. As a team, they were right on budget and timely in their work. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have a very low-cost model, and they seem to have a very service-oriented approach to delivery, which I really appreciate. We’re impressed with their work and will be moving forward with the next phase with Kualitatem. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

The only thing we would’ve done differently is going with the option of having the solution start in the cloud. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have a very well-defined scope. They do testing automation, so you’ll want really well-defined test scripts, and you’ll want to make sure they really understand them before they start coding. We’ve used videos back and forth to communicate problems, which has been very effective.

We engaged Kualitatem to help us in Independent Performance Testing of MIS Connect Open Banking Web and API application. This activity was mandated by Saudi Central Bank ( SAMA) and it was very critical for us to get this done seamlessly. 

Our experience with Kualitatem have been exceptional as they are a very professional organization with expertise in Quality and Testing and they have vast domain knowledge of Financial sector applications and SAMA regulatory requirements. Thus we would highly recommend Kualitatem for their quality of services.

During our initial journey and meetings we set up a Goal to achieve the requirements set by the regulator in the region. We were alligned with engineers who went to the next level of professionalism while discussion and scope which was getting updated very frequently however the Engineers and team alligned for this project were enough pro active to be aligned and ready for the results shared across.  

We measure the outcome of this project by seeing the REAL output on ground when our submission was approved and accepted by the regulator which fine and edge results. Thanks to the concern team members.

Well , when it comes to the Project management the Kualitaem team was super active and excited to see one of the Open Banking stress and quality test requirements framed by the regulator and they match every single scope of work and left no stone untruned and delivered more than our expectation with Cent percent quality without compromissing on the delivery. Team was running using super sonic medium while listing, information and delivering the project. What a Team.
