No they are so far late on the timeline. The project management was very poor and started to rush to get things done fast without properly understanding how to do things and then skipping over most of the functionality but then saying it was completed!

STAY AWAY!!!! If you want your dream project to get ruined by a CEO who does not care about the contracts he signs, then sign up with Ksolves. This company name should be changed to K-Unsolved!

First off, in my opinion, the CEO (Ratan) goes on a rampage once a month, yelling at his staff and me as a customer. He makes spur of the moment radical decisions without thinking things through then regrets them later. He focuses on minutiae all the time and won’t let things go and loses sight of the bigger picture. He is horrific to deal with after you get to know him.

He never read or understood the contract he signed and when it came time to delivering on my projects K-Unsolved failed miserably. He fired at least 3 project managers in the 4 months I was with him either because they were lying about the status of the project, didn’t understand the project or were working other jobs at the same time.

His staff are so scared of him that on calls whenever he asks them things, they just say Yes Ratan, without having the courage to tell him he doesn’t know what he is talking about or even telling him the truth if they can deliver on something or not. They are just scared so all they say is Yes Ratan but then then fail to deliver.

I had penalties in my contract which K-Unsolved failed to adhere to. They refused to pay the penalties. They refused to adhere to our total contract value as stated in our contract. They gave no consideration for the completion timelines in our contract. And they had ZERO process for sprints and sprint deliverables and managing their managers to ensure projects hit their milestones.

Ratan has shown me that he feels he can change any part of the contract whenever he so desires…from what deliverables are to be given, when they are to be given and at what cost, in his sole discretion, completely disregarding the contract. He also will probably send you bills for work they never even perform and my guess is that is just to artificially boost his company’s revenues he reports on the stock market.

I got full final billings for both projects when they didn’t even start work for those billings. That shows just how shady he and his company are. At the end, I just did not like having any calls with Ratan because he could go off on anyone at any time for any reason.

I have seen he mixes up facts and issues all the time without really understanding things and his involvement in my projects only served to Hurt the whole development process and make me learn so much about him that he is a completely unlikable person. He loves to hear himself talk and doesn’t ever let anyone say anything. That is a sign of a very poor leader as he feels he knows more than anyone and trust me, he does not know much.

He derailed my projects by giving unrealistic expectations of deliverables to the staff, then he would talk them up and yell at them at the same time. He took zero responsibility for he and his company’s failure and just does not care about doing right by the customer. He could finish my projects but he refused because he has no Honor and no ethics to honor the contracts he signed.

He demanded more money and change payment terms and deliverables against the contracts he signed. They never honored their contract to provide the code to me and refused to refund me for the undelivered projects. They never delivered a full platform for both projects I gave them. Have some peace of mind knowing you dodged a bullet by not using Ksolves (AKA K-Unsolved). STAY AWAY!!
