I needed someone to manage my Instagram account which included content creation and editing, caption writing, engagement, and more.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Searched on Upwork, interviewed them, liked the content they created for others and price was right

They helped identify my target audience, figure out ways to bring my brand and specialization to my page, and we constantly revamped this where needed. I would provide photos for editing, they would edit, and write captions and schedule the content. I would make edits and approve.

2-3 resources. KSI owner was always accessible and I generally had 1 account manager who would work with resources on their end for the various services

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

My followers jumped up, I receive more engagement on my account, my grid overall has a better aesthetic, I had some outreach to brands and microinfluencers and got great reels for content

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Used slack for communication, I was able to make last minute requests that were accommodated. We would meet for longer sessions to assess if a particular strategy for a month worked or didn't work. We started establishing clear timelines of when various things were due from me

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were always innovating and thinking of creative ways to expand my page or grow my account.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They could do more engagement/etc. assuming I was willing to spend the extra cost. Posting at optimal times was the goal but they were not able to automate this due to an issue with connecting my facebook

After a comprehensive onboarding, they helped to identify audiences to target. They then created a posting schedule, created all creatives and captions, researched hashtag strategies, and performed engagement across our channels.

We worked with the Founder, a project manager, and various team members who were creating the posts and doing the engagement.

Our social following increased by 25% and our website traffic grew due to the consistent increase in blog content.

The communication from the KSI team was excellent. They're proactive and take feedback well.

Both their onboarding process and communication was impressive. They continually test different strategies across social channels. They always do everything they can to ensure their clients achieve success.

Emulating Cheeky Monkey's brand tone and voice is not an easy thing to do, but they continually worked to align their team and improve the social engagement efforts in an impactful way.
