What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

They provided a presentation which described their artistic approach to the videos, including some reference videos. They provided a list of proposed constructions. There was one project manager on their side and communication was very smooth and accurate.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We achieved a very satisfactory view rate on you tube of over 40% and a total of over 700.000 views. Our suppliers were impressed and asked to sponsor the next round of videos. general feedback from customers was very positive.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

excellent flow of communication deadlines and objectives were 100% met

What did you find most impressive about this company?

their creativity and production skills were amazing. they took our videos to a whole new level.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not really, we are very satisfied and just recently signed for a new set of videos for 2020.
