Time Delievery and Communication I liked the most about the Kraftors. Their development team is knowledgable and without their expertise it won't have been possible to develop the same. I had an issue with the response generated and it was a tough time explain  it to them. But once understood it was resolved quickly

The team is quite trained on the processes and workflow and hence they are able to pick up the work for any new project also quickly.

Since they are well versed with the workflow, they are able to troubleshoot as well.

It has been a learning curve and mostly the team is able to deliver on time. There have been few instances where there were communication gaps or understanding gaps but team is trying to make required changes and improve.
