I am the founder of the company and we are aviation training specialists.

We are a start-up and as such, we had no website nor any IT support. We needed a website for advertising, promoting and customer interaction.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was recommended to Sabotazh by a web designer and after a very positive initial discussion, we decided to go ahead with them.

We developed the website from first principles and make changes as necessary. We also added features as the site grew. We will continue to collaborate with Sabotazh as our business grows. Everything was done on time and to a very high standard.

We only needed to work with one (the company owner).

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our site now explains our product with clarity and is an excellent platform for customer orientation and communication.

We were able to communicate effortlessly. All costs were clarified in advance. Deliverables arrived on time and on budget.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Sabotazh helped those of us with no knowledge of website development and they have given us the confidence that we need to work with this essential tool.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There is nothing that I could have asked for to be done differently. They were (and still are) a great pleasure to work with.

For what projects/services did your company hire sabotazh?

We worked on two projects in design. The first project was a user manual design. The second project included an e-commerce website design based on our wireframe and tuned to our need.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We received many proposals from different agencies, but Sabotage was most professional and we really liked their portfolio and previous works.

On our side, we created website specifications and wireframes for the website. Then we had an initial meeting and onboarding meeting with Sabotage, where we described our need and received their professional feedback. Then they created desktop and mobile versions of the website in Figma, handed over information and provided a professional style guide.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

In total, we worked with two people: the art director and lead designer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We received a professional and minimalistic website tuned to our needs, retouch and editing of all visual materials on it, support to hand over the design to development, plus a style guide.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was fast and efficient

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are result-focused and don't give up until they find the best solution. Everything is clear and structured. We were receiving informed feedback on each step and knew what to expect.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

At some point, more independence or better research on their side would be welcome, but we knew what we wanted so for us it was ok to work collaboratively
