We started working with Kosmo on a demographic research study to better understand our audience (preferences, needs, drivers as well as location, role etc). He helped to define the scope and questions, set up the survey and delivered a comprehensive report. We have since created several online interviews via his platform to get qualitative data for certain projects, largely new business ideas (concept validation).
