I was working as a Business Analyst at a company when Billy provided his video services.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was of course to increase engagement and conversions. I can easily say that they were a lot of discussions about that video.

We run a regular RFP. Koseed agency was included in one of the 5 vendors that we were reviewing. Finally Koseed won.

My position was to work with virtual sellers called VSS (Virtual sales specialists) which are sellers selling via digital means our cloud and teleconference software. Billy created an explainer video that our sellers were sent to the prospect customers via email as a follow up.

What was the team composition?

I was working as a Business Analyst helping the Virtual sellers with the analytics part of their conversions. The video that we created together with Billy was part of the conversion increase.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Because I like to speak with numbers, The conversion rate after creating the video was between 12-18% higher on a monthly basis than before having the video.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We were working on an agile basis. I could say that it worked smoothly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I really liked the innovative mindset and start-up thinking. We really need that in Corporations in order to thrive.

Not any that I can think right now.

We wanted to show the ecological impact of the production in the forest to our customers

How did you select this vendor?

Koseed proposed us a portofolio of relevant video already done. The service and the reactivity was what we wanted for the collaboration with a vendor.

Once we selected Kossed, we introduce him to the production team in the forest to understand fully our business. We collaborated closely on the script and on what we wanted to focus on the video. At the end, Kossed prepared for us scenarios of video that we can choose.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

Kossed was using a collaborative tool that was useful for exchanging online feedback.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our customers were more satisfied to know from where the product came from and changed their mentality about the ecological impact of deforestation.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We didn't have any issue about the communication, Koseed employes speaking French, English and Polish facilitated the exchanges between our internal teams for the validations of the scenarios and of the video production process. The workflow was really good.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Koseed was really professional. They understood us really fast and took care of our needs to lead us to a video that we wanted. The reactivity was also really satisfying.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We lost some time internally but the job done by Koseed was as our expectations, I would definitively recommend to work with them.

We wanted to create a corporate video that we could put on our website and on our social media. We gave them a brief and they prososed a few storyboards with moodboards. Then we created few graphic elements to include and participated in the animation. We go a big video and some cut for social medias.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

We were in contact with Billy who was managing the whole film crew and planning the whole day. The communication and feedback were done one Plot so it was easy to make some changes and see the effects.

The video helped us recruit more people to our team and I think some investors attention.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was convenient that we had only one point of contact. Also Billy is French, so we could meet and communicate easily.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The expertise they have in marketing. They really are result-focused.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Maybe some better tool for the process to help. It might make it a bit faster, but at the end they worked more to meet our deadline.
