The core MVP was to be delivered across three distinct phases. The key project objective was to create a functional MVP where prospective sers could create a profile, search for video hosts, payments could be made and the video infrastruture was natively embedded. 

The underlying technical infrastructure (e.g. relational databases) were to be created as part of the project scope. 

Each phase was concluded with a presentation of the work completed and by me signing off on the work done.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The MVP was delivered two weeks ahead of schedule. The team natively understood what it was I was trying to create - the UI is intuitive, and the UX is better than I would have expected.

I feel like KSL's Project Management was excellent. Everything was delivered either on time or ahead of schedule. All of my questions and concerns were addressed in a prompt and professional manner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

From the very beginning, the company took a genuine interest in my project. During the first meeting, they challenged some of my core assumptions about the platform and why I thought it was a good idea. 

As an Irish-based company, I was also in discussions with an MVP builder in Dublin. However, not only were KSL far better value for money, but they also wanted my business more. Initially, we had 2-3 meetings where no money changed hands, and I could have easily walked away.

I couldn't find much information about the company online, so I wasn't sure I was making the right decision to partner with them, but I was very impressed. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Kornhill Services Limited could have done differently?

If I'm being super critical, I feel like the company could have given more insight into the build process, which could potentially make self-management of the platform/systems easier at a later stage.

The scope of work focused on designing and delivering a proof of concept for an elderly portal that could support safer and more proactive care for older adults. Kornhill Services Limited helped define the technical approach, proposed the required hardware and software components, and developed a POC covering several key areas: fall prevention and detection, GPS and indoor location tracking, cognitive function monitoring, and contactless physiological health monitoring. 

Key deliverables included a fall detection concept using computer vision, pressure sensing, and accelerometer data; a location-tracking concept with GPS, Bluetooth beacons, geofencing, and SOS alerting; a cognitive monitoring concept using speech capture, transcription, NLP analysis, and scoring; and a contactless health monitoring concept using temperature sensing, camera-based heart rate detection, environmental monitoring, dashboards, and caregiver alerts. The POC was intended to demonstrate technical feasibility, real-time processing, multi-sensor integration, alert workflows, and a practical foundation for future product development

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The main measurable outcome was the successful validation of key proof-of-concept functions for the elderly portal. Progress was demonstrated by showing that the proposed solution could support real-time fall detection using camera, pressure, and accelerometer inputs; capture and transmit GPS data; provide indoor positioning and geofencing alerts; and support emergency SOS workflows. The proposal also defined measurable technical targets such as location accuracy within approximately 3–5 metres and contactless temperature readings within ±0.5°C

Kornhill Services Limited managed the project in a professional and collaborative manner. They communicated clearly throughout the engagement, responded promptly to questions and feedback, and were attentive to our needs as the POC evolved. Deliverables were provided in line with expectations, and they were flexible in addressing comments and refining the solution where needed. Overall, they were responsive, easy to work with, and kept the project moving forward effectively.

What impressed us most was their ability to bridge practical business needs with technical solution design. They did not just approach the project as a technical exercise — they took time to understand the purpose of the elderly portal and translated that into a realistic POC. Given that this was a POC, there were no major concerns. The main opportunity for improvement would be in expanding the follow-on recommendations into a more detailed implementation roadmap for the next stage.

KSL was engaged to deliver an end-to-end AI transformation for our educational platform. The scope was divided into three critical phases:

Many agencies default to recommending expensive, ground-up rebuilds to implement new technology. KSL took the opposite, much more difficult route: they built a robust, secure middleware bridge.

This allowed us to connect state-of-the-art LLMs to our existing infrastructure without compromising data integrity or security guardrails. Furthermore, their structured RAG implementation successfully maintained a >95% accuracy rate in technical subjects, effectively eliminating the hallucinations that plague many AI deployments. Their ability to deliver cutting-edge Agentic workflows while respecting the constraints of legacy systems is incredibly rare and highly valuable.

Because the initial AI roadmap they designed was so comprehensive, it revealed a massive amount of untapped potential within our legacy systems. We found ourselves wanting to build every automation they suggested all at once. If anything, the 'issue' was simply that we had to be very disciplined to stick to the initial scope and prioritize the highest-ROI workflows first.
