The primary goal was to redefine our company's branding, with the aim of improving our position and better representing our capabilities. Despite being the manufacturer behind three of Spain's largest five food retailer brands and serving a multitude of successful labs and brands, confidentiality agreements prevented us from openly disclosing our clients.

This comprehensive approach aimed to enhance our brand's online and offline presence and align it with our desired image.

Despite the complete branding change not yet being implemented, we can already tell from the feedback of those who have seen it that our brand now exudes a premium and industry-leading image and our branding stands out as superior to that of our competitors. This was a new platform, so we cannot compare with any previous data. But we did finish in the expected timeline and LIFT was able to pivot and iterate fast as we needed. With some time ahead and amid some discussions of course.

Their communication was definitely one of their strength. It was a delight to work with Jean and Silvia. They were always making sure that we were in the loop of what was going on, very transparent as well as being very proactive to addressing issues and concerns. We are in the process of rolling this out across our client base.

We considered several design agencies and decided to go with LIFT becuase of their deep SaaS expertise and startup mindset. We felt that they were the scrappy partner we needed to turn our ideas into a well defined reality.

The team helped us breainstorm and decide which parts of our concept were valuable and which were considered too much effort for a first version. With that definition they designed the userflows that we deemed necessary for the first build of the product while collecting feedback not only from our direct stakeholders but also potential users, both employees and companies.

From there they rolled up their sleeves and created several of the screens along with prototypes to showcase the product and deliver a design that is ready for production.

We were impressed with their speed and ability to work with little direction. We are in the process of setting the software live but we have only received good feedback on all the user testing we have done.
