We had to update an existing e-commerce platform and update it with additional features and functionalities. The platform incorporated several different technologies which created a bit of a challenge for us.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We got in touch with the vendor as a result of direct references from people that have worked with them and know the guys personally.

We had an initial meeting to discuss the project and share our challenges. We receive an offer within a few days. We were impressed that they had understood the project and our needs very clearly which made all subsequent discussions very easy.

3 people - 1 CTO which was the main point of contact and 2 developers.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
During execution he had meetings every 2 weeks to discuss the progress and address topics that may have come up. After they delivered the project we did a 1 week testing and they helped us address each finding in a very quick manner - usually within the day.

We had 1 main point of contact - their CTO. We had 1 meeting every 2 weeks to go over progress, notes, issues and/or clarifications.
