What challenge were you trying to address with Kloud MSP LLC?

We needed an MSP provider to manage our data and cybersecurity. We had an issue with one of our clients’ emails, and one of our digital marketing managers left the company, leaving us in a position where we needed external support.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Kloud MSP LLC provides us with managed IT services. The team manages our data and cybersecurity, including ransomware protection, system and application updates, email management, and data center management. Kloud MSP LLC also provides penetration testing and has guided us through everything, including financial tech situations and optimizing the usage of our virtual machines.

Kloud MSP LLC has installed new laptops for our operators and a softphone system. The team manages our virtual desktop services and updates our clients’ virtual desktops. Kloud MSP LLC also provides maintenance and hosting services. Recently, the team has been helping us model our own MSP services for our end customers.

We’ve received positive feedback from our clients, saying their computers are running faster and that our services don’t seem to take as long. I’m confident that Kloud MSP LLC's work will result in better feedback in the long run.

How did Kloud MSP LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

Kloud MSP LLC meets deadlines and stays on budget. The team has saved us money. We use Google Docs and Microsoft Teams for project management and communicate via Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WhatsApp, and direct messages.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed with how easy Kloud MSP LLC has made the whole process. We have contractors all the time, but we get let down quickly. Kloud MSP LLC has provided reassurance from the get-go that everything will get done. The 24/7 service they provide has paid for itself, and I’d go back to them as quickly as possible if I had the chance to do it again.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Kloud MSP LLC’s response time is 10 minutes longer than I’d like. However, that’s a personal issue. They usually respond within 15 minutes, but I like things done immediately.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Don’t treat Kloud MSP LLC like any other MSP provider. The team has a new-age approach to how they manage business. Ask as many questions as possible; they translate everything into a very digestible way. If you’re unsure about anything, have a discovery call to get as many of your issues down as possible.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Kloud MSP LLC to accomplish for Caraballo CPA?

We hired Kloud MSP LLC for server installation and Citrix setup.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Kloud MSP LLC provided end-to-end services for the server installation and Citrix setup, including project planning, implementation, and handover. Deliverables included a documented server and Citrix design that outlined the target architecture, server roles, network topology, security standards, capacity estimates, and integration with Active Directory, DNS, and other core services.

Kloud MSP LLC provisioned and configured the agreed physical and/or virtual servers, installed and hardened the operating systems, joined them to the domain, configured required roles and features, and set up antivirus, patching, monitoring, and backup jobs. For the Citrix environment, Kloud MSP LLC installed and configured all required Citrix components (such as Delivery Controllers, StoreFront/Workspace, Citrix Gateway/ADC, and license server), integrated them with our identity and network services, and created and published applications and/or virtual desktops according to the agreed design.

The team also conducted testing and user acceptance validation to confirm access, performance, and functionality. They provided configuration documentation, administrative runbooks, and basic knowledge transfer to our IT staff, culminating in a formal project review and sign-off.
