Klimt Creations handled the redesign of our website, including the overall layout, custom design elements, animations, and interactive features. They worked with us to create a look and feel that matched our brand while making the website more engaging and easy to navigate. The final result was a fully redesigned website with a much more custom and modern feel.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

The website was completely transformed with custom animations, interactive features, and a design that felt much more like our brand. It was a huge improvement from what we had before and accomplished what we were looking for.

The team was great to work with throughout the project. Communication was easy, and they were always responsive when we had questions or wanted to make changes. They kept us updated on progress and were really open to our feedback. Everything stayed on track, and we always felt like they understood what we were looking for.

Virtual Meeting

Their portfolio was really impressive and was one of the things that initially caught our attention. We loved how creative and unique their work was. They weren't just using the same basic layouts you see on every website. Each project felt custom, and we wanted that same level of creativity for our own site.

I think there could have been more clarity around the scope of work and what was included. There were a few times when things got lost in translation, especially during meetings. We found that communicating through email worked better since everything could be clearly laid out in writing. One thing I would have liked to see was a more detailed contract outlining the deliverables, expectations, and payment structure. We've worked with creative agencies in the past that typically require 50% upfront and the remaining 50% upon completion. I think having something similar would have given both sides a little more accountability and protection if expectations weren't met or something didn't turn out as planned. Without that structure, it was sometimes difficult to know what was included and how certain issues would be handled.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Klimt Creations?

I wanted to develop my brand kit from scratch so that I could build my website, presentations, and marketing materials in the future. The goal was to have a brand that clearly delivered the message of my company, was taken seriously, and was future-ready.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Klimt Creations provided branding services for me. They created a brand kit that included voice, brand colors, typography, multiple logo options, brand guidelines, iconography, photography guidelines, and brand use.

What is the team composition?

I worked with one teammate from Klimt Creations.

How did you come to work with Klimt Creations?

I found them on Fiverr. I chose them over other options because they had high ratings, and the project they referenced looked very high quality.

How much have you invested with them?

I spent less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from May–June 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I was able to use my new logo and colors at several events and on social media. The reception from my clients and ecosystem was very positive. It definitely elevated the presence of my brand. Since then, I've been working with two new clients and two new partners. Although I also worked very heavily in person with these people, the elevated brand played a huge role.

How did Klimt Creations perform from a project management standpoint?

Klimt Creations delivered on time. They were very neat and organized, so I felt taken care of. We communicated via virtual meetings, email, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They took the time and were patient with me despite the fact that I asked for many reworks.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there was nothing they could improve on. I'm very happy with their work.
