Focus always on quality leads that lead to opportunities. Generating conversions is not enough. Introduce new platforms (e.g., Capterra) that might provide additional leads and diversification.

We needed KB to handle all things creative and marketing -- and that's exactly what they did. They came up with all the marketing assets for Facebook, Instagram, and Google, including copy, images, and landing pages.

They then were responsible for launching ads, tweaking them, A/B testing various messaging, and reporting back to our team what was working and what wasn't. They executed on this really well.

Unfortunately we were hit with Covid just as we had started to gain a lot of traction and were beginning to hit our goals. So time will tell once we emerge from lockdown; however over the past few weeks there has been a reduction in the CPA which has been encouraging.

It has been well organised on the whole. There were a few issues at the start with the design and copyrighting side of things but that was handled with open communication.

Generally I was impressed with their knowledge in the field of PPC campaigns from start up and how to scale. During the covid crisis they were very helpful in deferring the monthly financial arrangements which was very much appreciated.
