With a limited marketing staff, finding the right technology partners for specific projects is very important. KlientBoost worked with us to understand what we do and design campaigns that will control costs and produce quality leads and brand awareness.

Generally, we design quarterly goals and meet every week to adjust our campaign logistics. Their work focuses on designing Google Ads and doing paid marketing on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Bing. They also design landing pages with contact forms that incorporate our call to action. A/B testing is part of the process, too.

We work with our KlientBoost account manager, designer, and social media specialist.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We’ve received a steady stream of quality leads and are closing them in record time. Already, we’ve produced more revenue than the sum of our fee to KlientBoost and our digital media spend.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow is extremely efficient, with weekly meetings lasting 10–20 minutes to adjust our strategy quickly and effectively. My account manager is always prepared and open to discussion and new strategy suggestions. I receive a weekly summary at least 24 hours before our scheduled meetings.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their responsiveness is amazing. I needed changes made to ad content over a weekend and was able to text my account manager and have it done in minutes. The design team is fantastic as well.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I can't think of anything else I would want from KlientBoost, other than expanding what they do to include SEO.

Tyler (Lead Designer, KlientBoost) creates the landing pages for my specific account. There are other people on the team too, but I don’t have much interaction with them.

Can you share any statistics or metrics that speak to the quality of their work and impact of the engagement?

KlientBoost has helped increase the number of leads I receive through PPC as well as lower my cost per acquisition (CPA), which is awesome.

How did the KlientBoost perform from a project management standpoint?

I have a very open line of communication with Mitchell and can access him whenever I need. Changes are executed when needed and reports are delivered when requested. I can't ask for anything more.

What impresses you about the KlientBoost?

In the past, I’ve had trouble communicating with other agencies. While I’m nowhere near an industry expert, I do have some idea of what I am doing when it comes to PPC. Whenever I asked questions of my old firms, they either couldn’t answer them or I would feel like I was bothering them. KlientBoost not only does a great job running my account, but of keeping me up to date about what they’re doing and why they make certain changes.

We were able to lower acquisition costs via the play we created for these clients.

It's obvious that KlientBoost invests in their team, because my account manager and team attend many conferences and classes to keep up with the always evolving world of digital marketing.
