A discussion was had around opening an office in China to help and assist the main business of importing products from numerous factories and the tasks required to do so. It was seen as an advantage to be able to communicate in native tongue and full time zone giving efficiency to the process.

My company would not have been able to launch a new proposition without the support of Kinyu in China.  Our relationship with our product supplier was challenging, but Kinyu were able to bridge gaps and keep us informed of developments and challenges we would have struggled to unveil.

Kinyu were the key coordinator in our project, taking our requirements and briefing them into our product supplier.  They are very responsive and if anything wasn't possible to deliver on time, they would inform us ahead of time of the reasons etc.
