We needed to create a highly capable QC and management team in Asia. We hired Kinyu SCM to support us in setting up this team and running operations.

Kinyu SCM has set us up with three QCs, a QA, a general manager, and a purchasing assistant. The team also handles all HR tasks for us to make life seamless. Moreover, Kinyu SCM provides ongoing advice and support whenever needed.

Kinyu SCM has delivered on all hires. Since then, we've seen significant gains in communication and results with suppliers. Our defect rate has dropped significantly, and we've improved our lead time and terms with key suppliers by 30%. These improvements have been sustained over time.

My company would not have been able to launch a new proposition without the support of Kinyu in China.  Our relationship with our product supplier was challenging, but Kinyu were able to bridge gaps and keep us informed of developments and challenges we would have struggled to unveil.

Kinyu were the key coordinator in our project, taking our requirements and briefing them into our product supplier.  They are very responsive and if anything wasn't possible to deliver on time, they would inform us ahead of time of the reasons etc.
