• Later, we needed a Product Owner with a slightly different background for another project. We received three qualified candidates and successfully hired our second Product Owner.
• The last Product Owner we hired took the most time to find, as the role required conducting an in-depth research and presenting recommendations on how to grow our project. We reviewed seven candidates before finding the one who met our expectations. The communication process with this candidate lasted about a month and a half, but everything went smoothly, and we ultimately hired them.

It was an incredible case. During the search process, the King's Choice recruiter found a developer with an offer from another company who did not want to start a new process with us. However, the recruiter convinced the candidate to consider our project and make a task. Thanks to the excellent communication, we managed to conduct the process quickly. Usually, the entire recruiting process takes 1-1.5 weeks for us, but King's Choice recommended that we consider this candidate quickly, citing his strong relevance to our open position. 

The whole process was completed in the following steps: Friday (02/14): King's Choice found the developer and established the contact. Tuesday (02/18): The candidate passed HR and Tech interviews. Wednesday (02/19): The candidate was given a preliminary offer. Thursday (02/20): A call from me (CEO) and an official offer, which the candidate accepted immediately. This project turned out to be exceptional and successful. Thanks to proactive communication from King's Choice, both with us and the candidate, we swiftly organised and carried out the recruitment process, leading to a fruitful hiring outcome.
