One of our key areas is UI\UX, and it was essential for us to find not just an ordinary designer but a leader to lead the team. This is a difficult task, but King's Choice was up to the challenge, showing us only eight candidates, of which we hired one for the team.

We received several good candidates. However, there was one candidate with an offer from another company that we quickly brought through the recruiting process and liked as well. Since our terms and project were much better, Senior.NET agreed to accept our offer.

We received 14 CVs from King's Choice. Of those, we liked 6 and invited them for an interview. Later, we received another candidate from them and decided to hire him.

It was an incredible case. During the search process, the King's Choice recruiter found a developer with an offer from another company who did not want to start a new process with us. However, the recruiter convinced the candidate to consider our project and make a task. Thanks to the excellent communication, we managed to conduct the process quickly. Usually, the entire recruiting process takes 1-1.5 weeks for us, but King's Choice recommended that we consider this candidate quickly, citing his strong relevance to our open position.
The whole process was completed in the following steps: Friday (02/14): King's Choice found the developer and established the contact. Tuesday (02/18): The candidate passed HR and Tech interviews. Wednesday (02/19): The candidate was given a preliminary offer. Thursday (02/20): A call from me (CEO) and an official offer, which the candidate accepted immediately. This project turned out to be exceptional and successful. Thanks to proactive communication from King's Choice, both with us and the candidate, we swiftly organised and carried out the recruitment process, leading to a fruitful hiring outcome.
