Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the co-founder and CEO of a social networking platform for video game development and creation talents.

For what projects/services did your company hire Kinetic Text Animation, and what were your goals?

We were launching a new digital marketing campaign and an about us page to redirect people to. Our goals were to make engaging content that efficiently grew our company's following, as well as have an about us page that effectively explained to viewers exactly what our company does.

How did you select Kinetic Text Animation and what were the deciding factors?

We found Kinetic Text through a mutual connection and our teams clicked during the first meeting. After that, we knew we didn't need to continue searching for people to help, as this was definitely the best team we would be able to find.

The first couple of sessions were based around personally getting to know each other and explaining what our company does. From there, we pitched different ideas as to how we want to convey our message to viewers. We then began weekly meetings where we checked in with progress and made sure the project was coming along smoothly.

How many resources from the Kinetic Text Animation team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We only worked with one individual who was the Founder of the company.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

As of right now, we don't really have much to show for their work as we haven't released Kinetic Texts creations to the public.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had weekly meetings, email exchanges whenever we wanted, and we even texted each other! This excellent communication really helped us throughout this project journey.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their versatility in the partnership was impressive. They can do so many things under the digital marketing umbrella that we will be working again with them really soon for this reason!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only real drawback was, at times the project felt like it was being delayed. I later found out this was due to their team trying to perfect the storyline of the content to truly make our videos the best that they could be!

I am the Business Support Manger at Onward Eugene, an economic development nonprofit.

For what projects/services did your company hire Kinetic Text Animation?

We needed someone to create an animated video to be used on social media as well as on our website. Kinetic Text created a video and several social media images for us along with a flyer that we distribute to businesses in our community outlining the On the Job Training program.

How did you select Kinetic Text Animation and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for a local company that had experience in creating online content that was inclusive and would reflect the needs of our nonprofit in a cost effective way.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

I met over Zoom with Kinetic Text several times to share what our needs were and the vision I had for the project. Law was always very professional and had great ideas for how to express the content I was looking to share. Because this is a federal grant program there were many requirements around wording, and Law did a fantastic job revising as government agencies would review the text for needed wording.

We went through a few rounds of review of the text and images; given that we had to have a few government agencies review everything it took a long time to get approval from them. Law was great about waiting for the needed reviews and made all the edits quickly. We are so happy with the final product!

How many resources from the Kinetic Animation text team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked exclusively with Law Jackson on the whole project, this made everything seamless and efficient.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have had over 3,000 views of the video in just a few months! The flyer has been distributed to over 300 businesses and the response has been super positive!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Super efficient. The team was willing to meet when needed, and they accomplished things quickly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The ideas that Law came up with to visually express the content were creative and captured the program so well. I could not have been more pleased with the outcome!

I am the co-founder and CEO of a medical robotics company. We make tiny robot pills that move inside the human body.

We needed an explainer video to be able to quickly convey the company vision to stakeholders such as potential investors, doctors, and patients.

Kinetic Text came highly recommended from a friend.

Kinetic Text was amazing- they just asked me to share the existing media I had, and they interviewed me about my company and our vision for a future of microrobotics inside the human body. They immediately put together an awesome demo video which only needed a few tweaks before we could publish it.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

I worked directly with the company owner Law Jackson and really enjoyed his project management style, as well as his buoyant positive attitude. I always felt like he was trying to get me the biggest bang for my buck, and we stayed within the budget for the entire process. At one point we had to re-record a professional voiceover and it was complete with a new actionable video within hours. That really blew me away.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within hours of posting and sharing to professional social media channels, I was flooded with complements. Kinetic Text helped to raise our company profile in the public eye, and I have gone on to use the video countless times. I'm surprised at how useful the video continues to be- they managed to choose a wording and arrangement that has remained true to the company vision even after we have made a few tweaks to our slide deck and business strategy. This won't be the last video we do with them.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Simple- they work fst and are extremely organized. I always felt like they were ahead of me during the production process.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I would say their combination of raw value and the ability to capture your vision and convey it in a way that anyone can understand, all with a fun modern look and feel.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I have no negative feedback for Kinetic Text. I recommend engaging them as early as you can so that you can reap the benefits. I wish I had worked with them years ago!
