• Discovery & Scoping Workshop for a mobile app project. The goal was to create consistent feature set documentation and analyse the scope of the product.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The session explored the work completed to date on the Smart Hydration application user interface. This data was then used to compile the requirements of a refined MVP and downselsct key features for the creation of the application ahead of an upcomming product trial.

Items were delivered on time and at a high quality. communication was clear and the session was proffesionaly and positively mannaged.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We appreciated that they kept the user and the core problem at the centre of the work.  They understood our mission to save lives through good hydtration, and ensured the conversation and development plans stayed on track to address it. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Khiliad could have done differently?

The only improvement I would suggest was due to an error of my own. I had missed that some of the correspondance did not CC all od the staff that were attending, and due to a busy schedule I did not communicate the times and locations as effectively as needed. It would be apreciated in the future if they ensure they circulate these details to all team members for future sessions.

Alpha is a renewable energy services and procurement business that sources and supplies solar modules, inverters, batteries and related renewable products, offers energy procurement support and electric heating solutions, and helps clients with project funding, global commodities and sustainability-focused advising across Europe and the UK.

Khiliad built us a custom CRM system that is focused on our internal processes and our way of identifying and dealing with clients. It's a web application intended for internal and partner use only.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Increased efficiency of identifying and prioritising potential deals between a large data set of leads across multiple categories for commodity training and founder-investor relationships. The system is still in development but is expecting to achieve an 80% reduction of the time and effort.

I had a constant and very direct connection to developers and Khiliad leadership. They were incredibly responsive and available for an ad-hoc call all the time.

That they genuinely care and try to understand what problems I'm trying to solve for my business. We had long conversations when they changed my thinking. It's fine to improve what they are delivering. It felt like working with close friends or even my own team that I could trust.
