Mural Arts Philadelphia exists to provide transformative experiences, progressive discourse, and economic stimulus to the City of Philadelphia through participatory public art that beautifies, advocacy that inspires, and educational programming and employment opportunities that empower.

• Increase Mural Arts' brand's visibility and engagement through strategic consultations, dynamic outdoor advertising, and hyperlocal, experiential marketing.
• KG3's efforts will center on effectively promoting Mural Arts' mission, its programs, public events, tours and merchandise, various projects, and initiatives, thereby enhancing the overall value of the Mural Arts brand.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

KG3 is committed to providing a total of twelve (12) hours of digital mobile advertising services per month to enhance Mural Arts' general brand awareness, promote tours and merchandise, and advertise upcoming events. These services are rendered every Tuesday for a period of three (3) hours at a mutually agreed-upon location within the City of Philadelphia. 

Digital mobile advertising services may be required at public events hosted by Mural Arts, such as Mural Dedications, Press Conferences, Paint Days, Graduations, and Film Screenings. These services, contingent upon the KG3 availability, will require a thirty (30) days' notice and will utilize the monthly retainer in three (3) hour increments. 

KG3 provides one-hour monthly meetings to offer strategic counsel to Mural Arts' Senior Director of Communications and Brand Management to identify event opportunities and discuss ongoing strategies. In the context of this strategic partnership, KG3 is granted the privilege to employ the strategies, outcomes, and data derived from the collaboration between MAA and KG3 for the purposes of creating case studies, presentations, and data points for analytical use.

Increased awareness of the Mural Arts brand and increased dynamism at public events hosted by Mural Arts.

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Digital Marketing Manager of Girls Auto Clinic. I oversee all internal and external Communications. We cater to women and have obviously had a hard time recruiting them. I have had to find many creative ways to find talent in the automotive industry.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire KG3 Mobile Advertising?

We were looking to attract automotive talent to achieve a fully-staffed shop. The labor industry struggles to hire in this industry because of the decline in interest. A lot of people may know about our services, however, not many people know we are hiring.

To keep up with the continued demand and support we need to hire more auto techs. We created a hiring campaign to be showcased on the KG3 Mobile Advertising Billboard, this allowed the CTA to be displayed from a variety of locations.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed more attention to our hiring needs. Our location doesn't allow for much billboard space, so the truck helped reach areas we cannot.

SOLUTION

How did you select KG3 Mobile Advertising?

I established a relationship with the CEO and Founder about a year ago and was finally able to collaborate on a project during Black History Month! Our staff was excited to see we are growing in more ways than one.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

After we selected this partnership KG3 paid very close attention to our needs and sought out opportunities we could not even imagine. We acquired more than just a mobile billboard advertisement.

We have now entered a network of other influencers in the area to support and receive support from. KG3 went above and beyond our expectations to deliver more than what we bargained for.

What was the team composition?

I've worked closely with the CEO and Co-Founder. The network of influencers you become apart of vary from 5-10 business owners in the area.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since the beginning of this project, we have been praised for our innovative creative techniques. This is something new and we will definitely use it again soon.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was consistent and at the speed, we could handle. They met our budget and our needs in the expected amount of time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was blown away at our consumer's support of this campaign. They loved the idea of a mobile billboard and they are excited to see us grow.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Everything was done excellently. We are an extremely busy shop with very little room for meetings so the KG3 team was able to deliver a campaign with very brief instructions.
