Keyss Inc carried out the complete system design and development of a mobile application with retail orientation. The app was completely connected to our in-store POS/inventory management system. The most important deliverables were: A customer facing interface that uses personalized dashboards, loyalty programs and push notifications to tell the customers about the promotions, Real time product inventory to make sure the customers see the stock of the products, features to ensure a high degree of security of customer data and information and Strong data security features to make sure the information of their customers is very secure.

They also ensured smooth adoption through end-to-end testing, deployment support, and training of our in-house staff.

The mobile app provided meaningful enhancement to our retail operations:

Instant access to product availability allowed customers to reduce complaints and questions about in-stock products, and the level of Engagement improved as customers engaged with the store loyalty features and personalized recommendations, and the Administrative functions became less important due to real-time connection with our inventory system.

The application improved the interaction between people and employees in the store, increasing its confidence and loyalty.

Overall, the solution increased the sales productivity and consumer satisfaction in different places.

The whole mobile platform—front and backend—was constructed from the ground up for us by KEYSS INC. They finished the coding, and they fully modified the program. The application is compatible with both iOS and Android smartphones, and we were provided with the backend to manage the application.

There were a few glitches that needed to be fixed, but the iOS version is ready, and the Android version is available on the Play Store. It is now being reviewed by Google, so it should be finished soon. They have agreed to provide us with continuing maintenance services for at least the upcoming year.

We never would have been able to submit our application without The KEYSS INC, especially considering the excellent quality that they provide. The application's user interface is amazing, and in my opinion, it goes above and beyond what we had originally planned for the MVP.

They developed a user-friendly interface that is transparent and scalable and unites maps (GIS), data tables, and KPI dashboards in a manner that is easy to use. These designs were provided as complete end-to-end designs in Figma with fully detailed workflows, feature prototypes, and screens at each major step of the user journey. This made the development of our backend engineers and internal UI team easier.
