1. Create meaningful goals that are communicated clearly in the organization.
2. Create performance monitoring that is transparent and objective.
3. Allow for individual ownership of goals and performance; motivating and inspiring them to work towards these mutually agreed goals/targets as they are aware of the linkage to the main goal/vision.

Creation of numerous cross-function thinking, the inclusion of mid-management team in leadership, feedback roles, completion of project despite impacted by COVID-19.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Dedication to our project despite the challenges faced; our team members might not be able to provide attention due to competing work responsibilities; KHI has been very patient and dedicated to our objective, their grit enabled the successful completion of the project.

I'm a Business Development Director for the company and with the clinch of Evorie's global distributorship, I am also the Brand Director managing branding strategies.

We hired a suite of key business services from Keyhole Insights which included brand management, channel management marketing strategy and market research.

Additionally, they assisted us to clinch a global distributorship for the Evorie mother & baby care brand to successfully launch our own shopify store and on major marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada and Qoo10.

They provided recommendations for marketing strategies and specific pricing points for the products range we brought in too.

What were your goals for this project?

Being new outside of the Greater China region, we had challenges of brand awareness in Singapore (and nearby SEA region). We also wanted a lean marketing strategy which we could implement straightaway without being hindered by covid and safety measures concerns.

After clinching the global distributorship, we needed a plan to catapult the brand name and increase its awareness. Keyhole Insights supported us from end-to-end, from market research, brand positioning, to the recommendation of our last mile logistic partners.

We are avail on all major platforms in Singapore within 2months and our products achieved TOP 3 sales on Shopee and Lazada in their respective categories within a month plus of e-commerce operations

I am the Manager in charge of marketing and market research in my team for one of the largest Urban and Infrastructure Consultancies in Asia.

We engaged them for an Overseas Development Project. This was primarily a market insights/research project.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to select the optimal mix for an industrial site and obtain insights into the National and regional growth trajectory, as well as insights into the industries in the scope (key players, trends, estimated growth trajectory, forecasts, fit with target site, etc).

We employed them via a competitive tender issued to Consultants on our list of established vendors.

The team included the Managing Partner, Mr Lee Kok How and a team of associates/analysts.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The outcomes for us were highly positive. Our end client was satisfied with the caliber of research and insights and we were able to conclude the project and move on to the next phase.

We further tested the insights by aiming to put together a business trip to the target site with potential investors. These market players responded positively and validated the insights generated by their team.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communications was efficient and done over many different channels - Phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, face to face meetings. The team was pleasant to work with and updates were done regularly. Delivery was timely and the team acted expediently on our feedback. I had no complaints in terms of workflow.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I liked the deep insights and synthesis from the raw market data. In some instances, trends not obvious from a first glance at the data presented were highlighted and presented to the team. Overall, the engagement for us was a meaningful learning process for us.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Aesthetically, the slides shared could have been improved. However, the insights that were generated made up for this point and we appreciated the overall level of customer service from them.

We have a clearer idea of what is our mission and vision. We also have a clear picture of our strategic direction for 2021. The website is revamped and social media marketing accounts are opened.

They are able to explain complex methodologies in layman terms. In addition, the company has a systematic way of implementation of their projects. CEO, Kok H. is extremely knowledgeable.
