We hired a team to create a mobile strategy game for Android and iOS mobile platforms We wanted to create a new interesting strategy game where players could think over methods of protecting their settlement, form an army, take care of the welfare of the city, and implement their economic strategy

We chose this particular company because we liked their game portfolio and art.

The work turned out to be successful thanks to excellent communication. The team divided the project into stages, each of which was agreed with us and after which the team proceeded to the next one. This concerned the creation of the concept, the game design document, all the art for the game.

We hired a full team to create a game from scratch: game designer, 2D artists, programmers, UX/UI designer, project manager

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our game was finished on time in exactly the form and design we wanted. We don't publicly disseminate information about our outcomes.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Given the difference in time zones, we are very impressed that the team responded to every our request almost immediately without delaying the workflow. All our comments were immediately accepted and implemented

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Very professional and fast communication, the ability to get a preliminary estimate of the cost of the work, which turned out to be very accurate

I think not, in any case, we were absolutely satisfied with everything in all aspects of cooperation.

We provided the team with character models to animate. For each character, we prepared a detailed brief so that the animators understood the nature of the character and the style of his or her movements. The team implemented the animation of the character in a state of calm, in motion and in battle. We approved the received options and moved on to the next character.

Our game got even more players and sessions with new characters and spectacular animations

The company can form adaptive teams for projects of various sizes and customize them to fit any client's needs.

As for the animation we collaborated on, we have no wishes, the result is great.

We needed to improve a web and mobile application with which it would be possible to create a virtual space for conferences, exhibitions, and other events.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to create a conference application so that both exhibitors and visitors could use it. We had some developments, but they needed significant improvements and additions.

Since we needed experienced Unity developers, we were looking for a vendor with a good portfolio and skills in this engine. Kevuru Games seemed like a great option to us+ they quckly gave us suitable estimation and planned all the sprint activities. So, they impressed us with their readiness and mature approach

"Our application was a complete solution for exhibitions and online events. We needed to implement and polish a number of important functions that ensure correct and quick communication between the exhibitor and the visitor using dialog boxes, Skype, Zoom and other convenient tools for communication.

Kevuru Games also worked on creating an environment corresponding to the setting of real exhibitions of this kind, space for demonstration and exhibition stands, and more."

From the vendor's side, 2 Unity developers, 1 iOs/1 Android developers, 3 3D artists, 1 QA, 1 project manager worked with us

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The team has implemented all the necessary adjustments for our product to work as it should, so now it is actively used for its intended purpose. But it's very early stage to share any outcomes.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow between us was excellent and transparent as well as communication with the team. We had daily standup calls for about in which we would go over the sprint and daily tasks. The team quickly took feedback into account and implemented all the features we needed.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I would like to especially note the professionalism and skill of Unity developers with a serious level of qualifications and deep knowledge of optimization. The team always has given us usefull recommendations and ideas even without my questions.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I have no additional requests for the team's work since everything was completed on time in accordance with our requests.

This is our first experience of working with an outsourcing company, which we have selected based on the portfolio and reviews of previous clients.

Our project is a casual multiplayer game, where the player needs to attack other players and expand his territory of influence. The game has a lot of territories that are constantly being added, so we needed high-quality casual art that would fit perfectly into the style of the game. The Kevuru Games team of artists provided us with concepts of their vision of new locations and, after approval, started work.
