We partneres with Kepler to help bring automation to our business by automating our RFP process. This extends to capturing and extracting data from client reports and documents, as well as medical proposals from our PEO partners.

200-250% increase in RFP volume and an estimated 4 hours saved per RFP oppportunity while maintaing a leand staff to support our scale.

Never had any issues with delays on projects. The team was extremely organized and proactive with their communication so to avoid any miscues or misalignment on expectations.

Their collaborative nature and commitment to understanding our industry blew me away. Kepler Team took over the development of our mobile and desktop app from previous developers who were unable to deliver on the project. The tech is built on ruby on rails, react.js, flutter and AWS. The objective of the tech was to offer a marketplace of jobs that nurse professionals can turn to when they're looking for new job opportunities. The mobile app is for the job seeker.

It is inspired by Zillow in that the jobs are displayed on a map screen that uses the users location to find jobs near them. Users can search for jobs based on specific details. It features in-app messaging, a one-click apply option, and access to our partnership that provides career development opportunities. The website is where employers post jobs and engage with candidates. They're very easy to post thanks to friendly UI, and candidates are displayed immediately after posting.

Posting jobs features an algorithm that is customized each time a new job is posted. This allows the employer, who knows their needs best, the ability to prioritize certain credentials over others and find better-qualified matches. They can engage with candidates by messaging them directly on the platform or by sending them a job directly.

The project was managed professionally. Nearly every task was delivered on time thanks to their talented team. Those that were delayed or set back were discussed up front and any questions were immediately addressed. The Kepler team always understood our priorities and objectives thanks to clear and respectful communication.

They're technically talented and are good people. Their entire team has been fantastic to work with - Kepler meetings are a highlight of my week!

While there are language barriers with a off shore teams, the combination of US company and offshore resources has worked very well. They are quick to respond and communicate well and in a timely matter. When issues have cropped up, they've addressed the high priority needs immediately.

We haven't completed our project but to date, I have no complaints or reservations about our choice to work with Kepler.

I'm the CEO of PEMpal, a healthcare startup. We provide personalized services to general hospitals, ERs, and urgent care centers, including clinical decision support tools, customized training, equipment audits, and digital tools to help healthcare providers enhance their pediatric emergency care readiness and protocols.

What challenge were you trying to address with Kepler Team?

We needed help building our flagship MVP EHR-integrated clinical decision support tool for pediatric asthma, bronchiolitis, and fever in neonates.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Kepler Team developed our MVP, which included three modules for asthma, bronchiolitis, and fever in neonates. The tool had assessment functionality in EPIC, Cerner, and Athena. Additionally, the tool had decision tree and chatbot features to guide clinical management based on evidence-based medicine.

What is the team composition?

We worked with 4–5 teammates from Kepler Team.

How did you come to work with Kepler Team?

Someone referred Kepler Team to us. We chose them because they had great technology to help startups integrate into EHRs.

We worked together from January to June 2025

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Kepler Team delivered mock-ups and demos. We now have a functional MVP ready to use, and we can demo it for potential clients. The feedback we've received is that it's a great start, and we're trying to minimize the number of clicks needed.
